We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. Free shipping and returns on all Zoma mattresses delivered within the lower 48 states. In most cases, your Zoma mattress will leave our facility within 3 to 5 business days. After the mattress leaves our shipping facility, it will arrive via FedEx with curbside delivery within 1 to 5 business days.
