Medium is recommended for those of an average weight, who want to feel supported by the mattress, with a little give and if you are a combination sleeper (back and side sleeper). Firm is more suited for back or stomach sleepers, those who prefer a firm sleeping surface, with a plush pillow top, or if recommended by a medical professional. Plush is most suited to side sleepers, those who are under 140 lbs, and sleepers looking for pressure point relief and gentle support.

The Botanical Bliss is now available in two different firmnesses: Medium (ideal for side sleepers and most sleepers - 80% choose this option) and Firm (ideal for 275 lbs.+ and stomach or back sleepers).
King and Cal King mattresses have a split layer design which allows for personalization of each side of the bed. Adjustment is simple: just unzip your mattress and rearrange the firmness levels as you see fit.
