The firm is a 7.5-8, the medium is rated a 4.5-5 and the plush a 3-3.5. The split allows any combination of the 3 firmnesses on each side of the mattress (plush/firm, med/firm or plush/med).
Medium is recommended for those of an average weight, who want to feel supported by the mattress, with a little give and if you are a combination sleeper (back and side sleeper). Firm is more suited for back or stomach sleepers, those who prefer a firm sleeping surface, with a plush pillow top, or if recommended by a medical professional. Plush is most suited to side sleepers, those who are under 140 lbs, and sleepers looking for pressure point relief and gentle support.

The Finch can be ordered in 2 unique feels; medium (4-4.5) and firm (7-7.5), making it the ideal mattress for any sleep style. Dual firmness for couples (available in King and Cal King sizes) - get firm on one side and medium on the other - ideal when you and your sleeping partner have different preferences or needs in a mattress. The 3" OEKO-TEX® Certified Natural Talalay Latex layer is available in different firmness levels. This latex is made in the USA and utilizes a method referred to as Continuous Pour, which evenly distributes latex particles within the manufacturing process and creates the most consistent density possible.

Designed to achieve neutral spine support while providing a pressure-free sleep surface. A firm layer of OEKO-TEX® Certified Natural Talalay latex to provide support for the sleeper, as well as structure and durability to the mattress.
