The plush is about a 3.5 on the firmness scale, the medium a 6 and the firm an 8. The medium is the most popular and recommended for combination sleeper, back and side sleepers. The plush option is also recommended if you are under 140 lbs.

The Botanical Bliss is now available in two different firmnesses: Medium (ideal for side sleepers and most sleepers - 80% choose this option) and Firm (ideal for 275 lbs.+ and stomach or back sleepers).
King and Cal King mattresses have a split layer design which allows for personalization of each side of the bed. Adjustment is simple: just unzip your mattress and rearrange the firmness levels as you see fit. Raw materials are sanitized with ozone and the professionals assembling each layer aren't even able to wear scented deodorants or perfumes.

It takes 7 to 10 business days to produce this certified organic mattress and shipping times can vary between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping location.

Your mattress will be custom-made after you place your order and will leave the factory within 7-9 business days of your order date, after passing through a rigorous quality control process. Shipping time of an additional 7 business days may apply for custom orders or during busy holiday periods as all mattresses are handmade by our skilled craftsmen.
