This is a standard sleep scale which places mattresses with optimal support for most sleepers between 6-8. The Natural Bliss is available in 4 different firmnesses: Soft (ILD 19-21), Medium (ILD 24-26), Medium-Firm (ILD 29-31) and Firm (ILD 34-36). The firm has an extra cost associated. Individually-wrapped coils are not directly connected to each other; therefore, when pressure is placed on one coil, it will not drag others down with it. This reduces motion transfer so you'll barely notice movement from your sleeping partner.
