The Birch Mattress was designed with a medium-firm feel. If you're looking for something softer, we offer a Plush Pillow Top that lays directly on top of your Birch to provide an extra soft layer - this 3" pillow top can be purchased after you receive the mattress if you do want a softer feel or with your mattress.

On a scale of 10, our mattress has a 6.5 firmness level. We like to refer to it as a "medium firm" - soft at the top, firmer in the middle.

The Birch mattress was designed by Helix, the team behind the leading mattress brand in customized sleep. Birch takes those learnings in comfort and uses all natural and organic materials. The Birch mattress is a 6 layer construction:

The Birch Mattress has a cover that is made using natural, organic cotton. It is designed to be highly breathable with a subtle stretch and soft touch.

Cover is 98% Polyester, 2% Lycra. It wicks away heat and moisture to keep skin comfortably cool. As your body temperature changes throughout the night, Molecule's advanced cover material responds dynamically, adjusting evaporation and cooling. Microban® antimicrobial treatment keeps your mattress fresh and clean.

Your Birch Mattress is gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box for easy shipping! We ship via FedEx Ground direct from the manufacturer to your door. Delivered for free typically in 4 to 8 business days.

Our deliveries are exclusively handled by FedEx, and you should expect your mattress within one week from when you place your order.
