Our dual comfort design offers two variations: the top side of the mattress is firm; the bottom side is ultra-firm, allowing for an easily flippable, highly customizable sleep.

The PacBed Original has a new look and improved feel! We kept the aspects that made the PacBed Original our most popular mattress, while enhancing the feel of our memory foam. A 2-layer construction:

• 8" 2lb Density High Quality Sure Align Support Foam
• Smooth Knit Cover.

Inspired by the minimalist approach to sleep in the Far East, the Plank is the firmest, flattest, healthiest way to sleep. It has 4 layers of construction:

3 lb density memory foam rebounds (takes it shape) quicker making it easier to change positions.

Engineered to reduce pressure on your circulatory system the Plank provides for better blood flow - and better lower back support, compelling you to inhale more oxygen while you snooze.

The CoolRest® advanced memory foam has been softened (just slightly), creating more contouring qualities, while retaining the same great support.

The Plank offers a firmer, flatter, flippable surface for a neutral spine position that's better for your back and posture overall.

Open cell structure increases air flow, contributing to a cooler sleep.

CoolRest® advanced memory foam perfectly contours to your body providing improved pressure relief to reduce tossing & turning.
Sure Align support foam designed to support & correctly align your spine so you can sleep better. This works in tandem with the memory foam and provides perfect support for long lasting comfort and helps to distribute body weight evenly across the mattress.

A 2" layer of our firmest transitional TitanFlex™ foam adds deep compression support.
A 7" high density base foam ensures durability and stability for the life of your bed.

Soft polyester knit cover for comfort and stretch, perfect for memory foam. Polyester fabrics and fibers are incredibly strong and durable, resists abrasion and dries quickly. Breathable for better temperature control. Accentuates the memory foam feel.

The flippable design of the Plank allows you to choose your ideal firmness level: a .75" quilted top layer, patterned with continuous stitching, ensures zero loft for an ultra-firm sleep experience - or, flip the mattress, and a 1.5" quilted layer, patterned with tack-and-jump stitching, creates minimal loft for a firm sleep experience.

Typically, orders are shipped within two business days of receipt from our warehouse in Johnson City, TN via FedEx Ground. Delivery is usually 1-5 days depending on where you live.
