Our dual comfort design offers two variations: the top side of the mattress is firm; the bottom side is ultra-firm, allowing for an easily flippable, highly customizable sleep.

Inspired by the minimalist approach to sleep in the Far East, the Plank is the firmest, flattest, healthiest way to sleep. It has 4 layers of construction:

This American-made mattress features CoolRest® Adaptive, a functional finish, that keeps you cool and comfortable by infusing "smart" thermocules into the cover and top layer of the memory foam. This phase-changing technology regulates body temperature by pulling heat away from your body. Not only does it keep a warm sleeper comfortable, but these "smart" thermocules also add warmth back to the sleeper, for those who sleep a little cooler.

Engineered to reduce pressure on your circulatory system the Plank provides for better blood flow - and better lower back support, compelling you to inhale more oxygen while you snooze.

The Plank offers a firmer, flatter, flippable surface for a neutral spine position that's better for your back and posture overall.

Open cell memory foam increases air flow, contributing to a cooler sleep.

Memory foam infused with liquid gel and CoolRest® adaptive functional finish to cool, contour, and cradle all body types no matter what position you sleep in.
The transitional foam helps maintain the cushioning of the memory foam layer while slowly building support. Supports the most recessed parts of the body (such as the lumbar) and aides in relieving pressure points for less tossing and turning.
Sure Align support foam works in tandem with transitional foam to support body weight and align the spine.

A 2" layer of our firmest transitional TitanFlex™ foam adds deep compression support.
A 7" high density base foam ensures durability and stability for the life of your bed.

Super soft polyester knit cover designed specifically for memory foam infused with CoolRest® Adaptive, a functional finish, to help you sleep cooler. CoolRest® Adaptive phase-changing material uses microscopic capsules embedded in the cover to effectively balance temperature between the sleeper and the mattress. Polyester fabrics and fibers are incredibly strong and durable, resists abrasion and dries quickly. Breathable cover allows the cooling benefits of the CoolRest® Adaptive finish in the memory foam to come through.

The flippable design of the Plank allows you to choose your ideal firmness level: a .75" quilted top layer, patterned with continuous stitching, ensures zero loft for an ultra-firm sleep experience - or, flip the mattress, and a 1.5" quilted layer, patterned with tack-and-jump stitching, creates minimal loft for a firm sleep experience.
