The Natural Bliss is available in 4 different firmnesses: Soft (ILD 19-21), Medium (ILD 24-26), Medium-Firm (ILD 29-31) and Firm (ILD 34-36). The firm has an extra cost associated. Each mattress is made fresh per individual order which takes about 2 to 3 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 2 and 4 business days. The average order processing time is typically between 4 to 8 business days, but can occasionally fall outside that due to unusual circumstances.

Your mattress will be custom-made after you place your order and will leave the factory within 7-9 business days of your order date, after passing through a rigorous quality control process. Shipping time of an additional 7 business days may apply for custom orders or during busy holiday periods as all mattresses are handmade by our skilled craftsmen.
