The Quail Memory Foam Mattress is available in Medium (5) and Firm (8). The medium is the most popular, and recommended if you are a combination sleeper, back and side sleeper. If you want to feel supported by your mattress, with a little give. If you are an average weight. Firm is recommended if you mainly sleep on your back or stomach.
