Unlike other memory foam mattresses, we sped up our foam's response rate so that you don't sink too far down into the core, and so you don't feel stuck in the foam.

Not only are our individual materials certified organic, but the finished mattresses are certified to the organic and non-toxic Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Wool wicks away moisture, provides natural fire protection, and offers temperature regulation, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the Labor Day. It has a natural crimp that gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Many of these benefits are due to its complex physiochemical structure, which cannot be artificially manufactured. Organic wool facilitates healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals in the processing of the wool.

The Chorus features a layer of microcoils over premium encased coils for a comfortable design that keeps you cool and relieves pressure points, so you'll be dreaming in no time.

Our four-layer weightless foam system combines a plush top layer with increasingly firmer base layers, to deliver an optimal combination of comfort and support. We refined our mattress through 27 rounds of testing, optimizing for pressure-relief at all five key pressure points. We tested a range of body types and sizes, ensuring that the W1.27 would be supremely comfortable for almost all people, while still providing full body support.

The PLA comfort layer adds resiliency and improved moisture wicking for a more comfortable night's sleep. PLA is a plant-based material used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies. Our PLA is made from non-GMO plant starch and does not contain or off-gas harmful chemicals.

To keep our mattress from overheating, we developed an extraordinary new foam called 3BELOW™. It's a fully breathable, open-cell material, infused with heat-conductive gel particles. That means it actually draws heat from your body and disperses it throughout the mattress so it escapes more quickly. As a result, the W1.27 sleeps three degrees cooler than other foam mattresses, right in the sweet spot for deep, uninterrupted sleep.

Our high-density microcoils are individually wrapped for full-body-contouring comfort in a lightweight yet durable polyester fabric. They resist body impressions while providing comfortable pressure point relief. They also improve breathability and heat dissipation for cool and comfortable sleep. Our exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues and adhesives.
The larger coils in the Chorus are also individually wrapped in GOTS-approved polyester fabric for full-body-contouring comfort. This method ensures isolation of movement while promoting balanced support for proper postural alignment. Encased coils provide just the right amount of bounce while adding excellent breathability and heat dissipation characteristics compared to memory foam and even all-latex mattresses.

The core of our W1.27 is 100% viscoelastic memory foam. We tested every possible material, including memory foam, latex foam, coils, coil / foam hybrids, hand-rolled cotton, horsehair, and found that memory foam gives us the greatest precision in crafting a truly great product. We've made the best memory foam mattress on the market. The W1.27 achieves unparalleled balance, meaning that it's supremely comfortable to lay on, but also provides better body support than other products.

Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for our mattresses, and we buy directly from USDA-certified sources. This increases purity, organic reliability, and support for U.S. farmers. The surface fabric is soft to the touch and easily stretches to conform to your body.
