Our top layer, the ThermaPhase™ comfort layer, is the culmination of years of development. Our comfort layer combines two different phase-change materials that target temperatures on both ends of the optimal sleep zone.
Upon reaching an ideal sleeping temperature, the phase change material undergoes a molecular transformation that works to maintain the temperature at the optimal level. This results in a mattress that will keep you cool when its warm, and will help keep you warm when its cold.

The result is a "Smart" mattress that will react to heat and actively cool the sleeping surface. RecoveryFLO™: Precision-contoured 3D geometric surface provides targeted, self-adjusting support for different parts of the body. Our advanced cover material features a unique combination of heat and moisture wicking technologies to further regulate the microclimate between your body and the sleep surface. As your body temperature changes throughout the night, an embedded temperature sensitive polymer, responds dynamically, adjusting evaporation and cooling. Cover is 98% Polyester, 2% Lycra.

Our proprietary Poly+Rayon cover is not only soft as silk-wrapped marshmallows, its tough enough to withstand anything life can throw its way. The cover is also removable and machine washable.

Our deliveries are exclusively handled by FedEx, and you should expect your mattress within one week from when you place your order.

Your Zotto is shipped free to your doorstep via FedEx. You can expect to receive your Zotto mattress between 1 to 6 days from the date of purchase.
