The Quail Memory Foam Mattress is available in Medium (5) and Firm (8). The medium is the most popular, and recommended if you are a combination sleeper, back and side sleeper. If you want to feel supported by your mattress, with a little give. If you are an average weight. Firm is recommended if you mainly sleep on your back or stomach. High-density foam rails (1.8lb density) encase the top, bottom, and sides of the mattress. This firmer, more supportive edge makes it easier to get in and out of bed. All elements in the Saatva HD have been carefully considered to increase airflow throughout the mattress resulting in better temperature regulation.

The Quail Memory Foam Mattress utilizes a new, responsive and breathable foam called Energex™ - a high performance, durable and breathable hybrid foam made without latex. CertiPUR Certified for safety. Energex™ Foam is infused with an assortment of minerals and materials, which when blended together help to naturally pull heat away from the body.

100% natural Talalay latex that is hypoallergenic, and cool. This works with open coils and the breathable organic cotton cover to promote easy airflow for a cooler night's sleep.

Energex supports deeper, uninterrupted sleep because it allows a person to turn and move more freely, provides relief from pressure points, and absorbs the "bounce" caused by movement. This quick recovery and resiliency works to eliminate that "stuck in the bed" feeling common with some Memory Foam beds.

Tempered 12.5-gauge steel coils (25% stronger than the industry standard), threaded with 17-gauge helical wire to eliminate motion transfer. Patented Spinal Zone active wire adds lumbar support in the center third of the mattress.
5-zone Talalay latex feels buoyant and responsive. Resists body impressions and provides targeted support for your back and under your shoulders and hips.

The pillow top adds a layer of cushioning. Wrapped in a breathable organic cotton cover enhanced with Guardin® antimicrobial fabric treatment. Entire mattress is hand-tufted which prevents the shifting of the layers and eliminates body impressions by compression tufting.

Your new mattress can take up to 2-4 business days to make as they are made to order by hand in the USA. Then, we ship from the West Coast, so depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days in transit.

Your Saatva HD comes with the Saatva service standard: white glove delivery, in-home setup, and removal of your old bed.
