On a scale of 10, our mattress has a 6.5 firmness level. We like to refer to it as a "medium firm" - soft at the top, firmer in the middle.

4 layers of construction:

• 2" of 4 lb. memory foam top layer
• 2.5" of 5 lb. visco-elastic memory foam
• 2" Transition loft pad
• 5.5" High-Density Foam Support base.

Each component of the MOLECULE mattress has been engineered to work synergistically to maximize support, comfort and heat dissipation for the best recovery-focused sleep. Featuring a 4 layer construction:

• 1" BioCharge™ layer
• 2" AirTEC™ layer
• 3" RecoveryFLO™ layer (Density: 1.65lbs, ILD: 40)
• 6" ContourFLO™ layer (Density: 1.5lbs, ILD: 35).

We have developed a unique cooling gel panel that we've layered onto the spinal area promoting ultimate coolness. We also swirl our gel into our top layer of memory foam to further promote a restful night's sleep.

Our proprietary Spinal Zone Gel layer is created with cooling gel so you stay cool with optimal spinal support.

Cozy support with more than seven-times the airflow of traditional memory foam. Active people need more support and airflow than traditional egg-crate foam mattresses can deliver.

Visco-elastic memory foam
This is the core or "heart" of the mattress, and the layer that gives your body that deep contouring support.

Ergonomically-engineered Molecule features a meticulously-engineered matrix of hexagon-shaped channels that respond to your unique anatomy and promote airflow even at the deepest depression points. You awake refreshed with relief from sore muscles and joints. Larger hexagon zones in the center designed for additional support and pressure relief in the lumbar region. Varying hexagon zone density around the legs and feet to support the lower body.

Quilted, organic cotton covering
Our breathable, organic cotton covering and natural thistle flame retardant keep you comfortable, cool and safe.

Cover is 98% Polyester, 2% Lycra. It wicks away heat and moisture to keep skin comfortably cool. As your body temperature changes throughout the night, Molecule's advanced cover material responds dynamically, adjusting evaporation and cooling. Microban® antimicrobial treatment keeps your mattress fresh and clean.
