On a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the softest, The Layla Hybrid scores a 4 out of 10 on the soft side and a 7 out of 10 on the firm side. Add the Layla Topper™ to any side to soften up those numbers even more.

Many mattress companies will try to sell you a one-size-fits-all mattress, but we know from 40+ years of experience that your comfort preference is likely to change over time. That's why we developed a flippable mattress that is firm on one side and medium on the other. We have found that 95% of our customers prefer either a firm or medium feel. Maybe you don't know which you prefer or maybe right now you really like a firm mattress, but as you age will need a softer mattress to alleviate joint pressure. The Roma easily accommodates your change in firmness needs with a simple flip.

The Layla Hybrid has five layers:

• Firm Side: 1" Copper-Infused Memory Foam (Density: 3.5lbs, ILD: 12).

The Roma Latex Mattress is a two-sided mattress that has 4 layers of construction:

• 0.75" Comfort Foam
• 1.5" Channel-Quilted Organic Cotton Cover
• 3" Layer of Firm 100% Natural Dunlop Latex
• 3" Layer of Medium 100% Natural Dunlop Latex
• 1.5" Channel-Quilted Organic Cotton Cover.

Flip it to the side that feels best for you. Softer and more plush, the soft side of the Layla Hybrid Mattress is great for those who prefer a little hug from your mattress. The firm side offers less sink and increased support for a more traditional firmer feeling mattress.

Quilting of your mattress cover provides extra comfort and plush feeling. The Roma is quilted into channels and finishes at 1.5 inches deep on each mattress side, ensuring maximum comfort on both sides. The extra height and texture of the quilting helps your sheets stay in place and provides a touch extra support to relieve pressure points and compliments the 100% natural latex below.

Copper-infused foam transfers heat away from your body faster, resulting in a much cooler sleeping experience. And because copper is naturally anti-microbial, the copper gel in this mattress will form an antimicrobial barrier that resists odor causing bacteria and keeps you sleeping fresh.
Surface Modification Technology (SMT) shapes are cut up to half an inch deep for added support, airflow, and pressure relief.

You'll sleep cooler on latex thanks to its open cell structure that promotes airflow.

Memory foam infused with copper reacts under body weight with a firming response. This response is called Variable Support and unlike traditional memory foam, it provides increased support at deep compression areas.
The tri-zone layers provide more support in the center of the mattress (for hips and shoulders).
High quality American-made 14 gauge central springs are individually wrapped in fabric so you get individual support for every inch of your body. The springs move independently so when your partner moves around your side of the bed stays put allowing you to sleep soundly through the night. A double coil perimeter in the two outermost rows using 16 gauge coils make for superior edge support.

Because of latex's superior support properties, it helps you achieve a neutral spine position while sleeping, helping you avoid aches and pains in the morning. Latex gently cradles your body without giving you that stuck in one place feeling that memory foam gives you thanks to its superior rebound properties.

Our super-soft high quality thick fabric allows for a comfortable sleeping experience and is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance (Fabric: 66% Polyester, 30% viscose, 4% poly lycra). The Roma comfort cover is made from organic cotton, quilted to a CertiPUR-US® certified foam carefully chosen to produce an enveloping, yet supportive, feel. The use of organic cotton for your mattress cover has many benefits. Since it is farmed without chemicals, it may cause fewer allergies and reduce respiratory problems. Organic cotton also does not produce any odors that might be unpleasant to breathe in while you sleep. With just a sheet between you and your mattress, why choose anything but organic?

Your Layla Hybrid is made to order (which means it's not sitting in a warehouse collecting dust). From the day you place your order it could take between 3 and 5 business days to manufacture your mattress and ship out. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow for an additional 7 to 10 business days for the mattress to arrive to your home.

All of Sleep EZ mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled and shipped in a box directly to your doorstep for free.
