The GhostBed 3D Matrix is a 5.5 to 6.5 out of 10 on the firmness scale (10 = too hard, 0 = too soft). The feel is slightly softer than the GhostBed and similar to the Flex.

The Natural Bliss is available in 4 different firmnesses: Soft (ILD 19-21), Medium (ILD 24-26), Medium-Firm (ILD 29-31) and Firm (ILD 34-36). The firm has an extra cost associated. 3D Matrix Polymer Layer offers 3 dimensions of comfort:

• The 3D Matrix layer is an integrated thermal conductive gel polymer. As excess heat accumulates under and around the sleeper, it is absorbed into 3D Matrix layer. As a fully connected sheet, that absorbed heat travels away from the sleeper.
• Conventional Foam layers comfort you by compressing as different parts of the body "press" on the foam. The 3D Matrix layer is an omni directional layer which stretches in all directions to mold and contour to each individual part of the sleeper's body.

Featuring the same cover used in other GhostBed models, the cover contains a proprietary formulation developed in Japan where cooling properties are woven directly into the fibers of the yarn, creating the Ghost Ice Fabric. Molecular changes in the fabric will neutralize the heat, keeping the sleeping surface cool.
