If we can't get you comfortable we'll refund your money. The medium is a great choice for most people. The mattress ships with one layer of firm latex and two layers of medium. Spindle offers free shipping anywhere in the contiguous 48 States excluding U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada - additional fees apply. We ship our mattresses unassembled. You simply place three layers of natural latex inside a zipper casing and you've made your own latex mattress. This way we can ship them to you via Fedex. Plus, it makes them a lot easier to move around.
