The Cocoon Chill is a medium firmness, about a 6 on the firmness scale. We've found that most sleepers prefer a mattress that's fully supportive but not too firm, so we created a mattress with our Perfect Fit memory foam that adapts to your unique body size, shape and sleep position.

Two comfort levels within the one mattress, 80% of latex customers choose a Luxury Plush comfort range (a 4-5 on the firmness scale). It conforms and supports your body effortlessly while still maintaining an ultra-luxurious, plush feel. The Gentle Firm side is 18% firmer than Luxury Plush, for those who want a slightly firmer feel. Gentle Firm still provides uplifting, pressure-free support (a 7-8 on the firmness scale). A top layer of memory foam helps reduce the amount of movement from your sleep partner. The Soft model reduces a bit more motion transfer than the Firm model.
