Each Brooklyn Bedding mattress offers a unique feel for each firmness level, with each mattress falling at a different point on our firmness scale.

There are three firmnees level to choose from :

• The Soft is rated a 3 on the firmness scale,
• the Medium is rated a 5 and
• the Firm is rated an 7.

Novosbed mattresses are available in 3 firmness levels, and all are covered by our Perfect Firmness Guarantee, 120 night sleep trial, and 15 year warranty. Soft: Designed for contouring and plushness without that "quicksand" feeling. Medium: Designed to offer the perfect balance of support and plush-comfort and Firm: Designed to provide firm, comfortable support, with minimal sink-in.

Zip the Comfort+ extender to the base and then to the top cover. Your Novosbed is softer or firmer, as needed. The whole process usually takes less than 2 minutes.

On average your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

We ship to the United States and Canada (some remote locations may require a shipping fee). Delivery times vary by region. After ordering, we require 1-2 business days to process Canadian orders. US orders require 1-4 business days to process. After your order is processed, we will ship the order out and you should receive your mattress in a matter of days.
