Medium feel top of the bed you need - not too firm, not too soft. Rated a 7 to 8 on the firmness scale. Maximum support - to help provide maximum support for people with high BMIs.

The Helix Plus is designed for Plus Size and Big & Tall and offers maximum support with a medium feel, it has five layers of construction:

The coil unit has best in-class edge support, so plus size sleepers never feel like they're falling off the mattress. An extra layer of high density, 4 pound foam is included in one of the three foam layers to help provide maximum support for people with high BMIs.

Our advanced TitanCool™ technology keeps you cool in two ways: a phase change surface infusion and advanced conductivity properties draws excess heat away from the body, while a proprietary smooth top weave provides enhanced cooling on contact. An added infusion of copper and TitaniumGel™ enhances cooling while maintaining an anti-bacterial sleeping environment.
