Firmness Info The Harmony Lux Carbon Series has 5 firmness options: Classic Top (available in Extra Firm, Medium and Plush) and Pillow Top (available in Medium and Plush). The Classic Top is a firmer top for traditional support, the Plush Top is a plush, soft top for extra comfort. There is an extra $400 cost associated with the Plush Top options. The Brooklyn Bowery is designed to be a universal comfort level. Rated a medium 5/10 on the firmness scale. Firm feel top of the bed you need - no sink or give. Comfortable, yet solid under your body. A 8-9 on the firmness scale. Available in Medium (5-5.5), Firm (7-7.5) or Soft (2.5-3). As the soft includes an extra 3" layer, there is an increase in price for the soft firmness, additionally if you opt for Organic Latex the price is higher. Note: we've converted the Nest Bedding firmness scale to the same format as the majority of other brands for easier comparisons.

Conveniently delivered using our complimentary White Glove Delivery experience. After checkout, you'll be contacted by our shipping partner to select a delivery day that works best for your schedule. The day of your delivery, you'll get a call confirming your delivery window. Upon delivery, they will set up your new mattress and remove your old mattress and any packaging for that mattress.

Brooklyn Bedding owns the manufacturing process start to finish, designing and engineering mattresses in our very own state-of-the-art factory. They ship products directly to you, passing on the savings. FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii). On average your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

Your Helix Mattress is gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that's about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! We ship via UPS Ground direct from the manufacture to your door.

Your new mattress can take up to 2-4 business days to make as they are made to order by hand in the USA. Then, we ship from the West Coast, so depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days in transit.
