Certain independent reviews for comparison on mattress firmness rate the Bear Mattress a 7.1 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most firm.

On a scale of Plush to Firm, we rate the GhostBed Luxe as a 5.5 - 6.0 feel, achieving a perfect balance between firmness and a cooling soft feel.

The GhostBed Luxe cover contains a proprietary formulation developed in Japan where cooling properties are woven directly into the fibers of the yarn, creating the Ghost Ice Fabric.
