Precision crafted, pocketed coils - made in the US from recycled, single-tempered steel - effortlessly distribute your body's weight and relieve aching pressure points. Made of up to 1,414 individually pocketed coils, they also provide critical zoned support for your hips and shoulders, while structurally reinforcing the perimeter to eliminate that "roll-off-the-edge" feeling.

Unlike all-foam mattresses, the Aviya hybrid mattress provides core support using an innerspring system where each individual steel coil is wrapped in its own fabric pocket. Springs provide "active support" versus the passive support of foam, literally pushing back to support your body. The result is a more responsive sleep surface with greater comfort no matter what position your body may move to throughout the night. With 800 coils (in queen size) and a full 8" spring depth, our innerspring system provides deeper and more substantial support than the lower quality linked spring systems or 2-3" tall "micro" coils found in other innerspring mattresses.

Just below the Flow Foam lies our innovative, naturally cooling, and plush Charcoal-infused Memory Foam. This Certi-PUR-US® certified memory foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde or phthalates.

We use a perfect blend of high-density foams to provide both comfort and support. This type of high-quality foam is unheard of in almost any mattress, let alone at our prices.

A layer of individually wrapped coils allows precise body contouring for optimal support. Reinforced coils in the lumbar region give your lower back the support it needs, and edge retention coils allow you to sit or sleep at the edges without rolling off. We make everything to order when you purchase from Brentwood Home. The handcrafting process usually takes 3 to 5 days to complete, and delivery times vary depending on your distance from our Los Angeles workshops. Expect to receive your mattress within 5 to 10 business days after placing your order.
