The Medium is a 4 to 6 on the firmness scale and the Luxury Firm is rated a 6 to 8.

A soft mattress and a firm mattress in one. Our signature flippable firmness™ means you have two choices in one mattress to find the right fit for you. One side of the mattress has a soft, plush feel, or you can flip it over to the other side for a firmer, even more supportive feel. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the softest, The Layla Hybrid scores a 4 out of 10 on the soft side and a 7 out of 10 on the firm side. Add the Layla Topper™ to any side to soften up those numbers even more.

Flip it to the side that feels best for you. Softer and more plush, the soft side of the Layla Hybrid Mattress is great for those who prefer a little hug from your mattress. The firm side offers less sink and increased support for a more traditional firmer feeling mattress.

Copper-infused foam transfers heat away from your body faster, resulting in a much cooler sleeping experience. And because copper is naturally anti-microbial, the copper gel in this mattress will form an antimicrobial barrier that resists odor causing bacteria and keeps you sleeping fresh.
Surface Modification Technology (SMT) shapes are cut up to half an inch deep for added support, airflow, and pressure relief.

We chose to use heavy-duty, six-inch hybrid mattress coils in order to ensure optimum support throughout the night for those who prefer a springier feel. This special six-inch coil-design spans from firm-edge to firm-edge ensuring the maximum air movement possible.

Memory foam infused with copper reacts under body weight with a firming response. This response is called Variable Support and unlike traditional memory foam, it provides increased support at deep compression areas.
The tri-zone layers provide more support in the center of the mattress (for hips and shoulders).
High quality American-made 14 gauge central springs are individually wrapped in fabric so you get individual support for every inch of your body. The springs move independently so when your partner moves around your side of the bed stays put allowing you to sleep soundly through the night. A double coil perimeter in the two outermost rows using 16 gauge coils make for superior edge support.

We designed our GOTS organic cotton cover to deliver the perfect combination of strength and softness. It's pliable and soft, but very durable, ensuring that you get the comfort you need for a restful night's sleep, and strong enough to stand the test of time. You'll also find that our organic cotton mattress cover doesn't pill or cause static electricity.

The power of copper, the health benefits of ionization, and the durability of bamboo combined with rayon - that’s what you'll find in our optional copper ion-infused cover. Copper ions helps fight bacteria and microbes that cause odor, keeping your luxury hybrid mattress smelling fresh and clean. Copper has also been used for thousands of years to clarify skin and aid in the body's healing process. Our bamboo-rayon fabric also offers outstanding durability and keeps the copper close to your skin to deliver the health benefits and freshness you need.

Our super-soft high quality thick fabric allows for a comfortable sleeping experience and is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance (Fabric: 66% Polyester, 30% viscose, 4% poly lycra). Your Layla Hybrid is made to order (which means it's not sitting in a warehouse collecting dust). From the day you place your order it could take between 3 and 5 business days to manufacture your mattress and ship out. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow for an additional 7 to 10 business days for the mattress to arrive to your home.
