It typically takes 24-48 hours to process your order. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order as it makes its way to your home. Depending on where you live, ground shipping takes anywhere between 2-7 business days to arrive to your door. Each mattress is made fresh per individual order which takes about 2 to 3 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 2 and 4 business days. The average order processing time is typically between 4 to 8 business days, but can occasionally fall outside that due to unusual circumstances.
