Firmness Info The Alexander Signature Flippable comes in both medium and firm feel in one mattress: medium on one side, firm on the other. The Alexander Luxury Firm side is best for back and stomach sleepers (8-8.5). The Alexander Medium side is best for back and side sleepers (5-5.5). Note: we've converted the Nest Bedding firmness scale to the same format as the majority of other brands for easier comparisons. The AS5 is our softest mattress. It wraps you in plush comfort that stays cool all night. But it also bounces back fast, so you never feel stuck.

Your new mattress can take up to 2-4 business days to make as they are made to order by hand in the USA. Then, we ship from the West Coast, so depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days in transit.

We provide standard free curbside shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA. Mattresses ship as quickly as 3-5 working days (excluding major holidays) via FedEx, once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days.

Typically, orders are shipped within two business days of receipt from our warehouse in Johnson City, TN via FedEx Ground. Delivery is usually 1-5 days depending on where you live.
