Zip the Comfort+ extender to the base and then to the top cover. Your Novosbed is softer or firmer, as needed. The whole process usually takes less than 2 minutes.

While we designed the Bear Mattress to have a solid core support with a nice touch of softness on top for comfort, we would categorize the mattress as a medium-firm. Certain independent reviews for comparison on mattress firmness rate the Bear Mattress a 7.1 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most firm.

We ship to the United States and Canada (some remote locations may require a shipping fee). Delivery times vary by region. After ordering, we require 1-2 business days to process Canadian orders.
