Not only are our individual materials certified organic, but the finished mattresses are certified to the organic and non-toxic Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Eco Wool Batting offers a chemical free flame barrier between the latex and you. No chemical flame retardants; no chlorinated or brominated solvents. The sheep are raised humanely and the wool is processed in accordance with the Eco-Wool guidelines.

Wool wicks away moisture, provides natural fire protection, and offers temperature regulation, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the Labor Day. It has a natural crimp that gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Many of these benefits are due to its complex physiochemical structure, which cannot be artificially manufactured. Organic wool facilitates healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals in the processing of the wool.

Unlike most foam beds, Spindle's latex retains a traditional springiness that removes any sensation of being stuck - the benefit of latex foam is a healthy bounce.

The Chorus features a layer of microcoils over premium encased coils for a comfortable design that keeps you cool and relieves pressure points, so you'll be dreaming in no time.

Natural rubber provides a unique sleeping experience that provides great support and cushion. It has a mellow feel that many find more comfortable than other mattress designs. Manufactured in the USA without any fillers or synthetic latex and is certified by FSC, Rainforest Alliance, and Oeko-Tex. Providing a safe and comfortable sleep environment.

The PLA comfort layer adds resiliency and improved moisture wicking for a more comfortable night's sleep. PLA is a plant-based material used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies. Our PLA is made from non-GMO plant starch and does not contain or off-gas harmful chemicals.

Natural latex provides a sleep surface that conforms to your body with minimal sink. It helps relieve pressure from the hip and shoulder areas, allowing the contours of your body to be properly supported. Customers describe the sensation as an up lifting experience.

Our high-density microcoils are individually wrapped for full-body-contouring comfort in a lightweight yet durable polyester fabric. They resist body impressions while providing comfortable pressure point relief. They also improve breathability and heat dissipation for cool and comfortable sleep. Our exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues and adhesives.
The larger coils in the Chorus are also individually wrapped in GOTS-approved polyester fabric for full-body-contouring comfort. This method ensures isolation of movement while promoting balanced support for proper postural alignment. Encased coils provide just the right amount of bounce while adding excellent breathability and heat dissipation characteristics compared to memory foam and even all-latex mattresses.

In our top quilting, we use an organic cotton circular knit fabric. This results in an incredibly flexible and stretchy case that helps you experience the true feel of latex. Our fabric is certified to the GOTS standard and produced without pesticides, pigments or bleach. Reducing your exposure to chemicals found in other mattresses.

Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for our mattresses, and we buy directly from USDA-certified sources. This increases purity, organic reliability, and support for U.S. farmers. The surface fabric is soft to the touch and easily stretches to conform to your body.

Spindle offers free shipping anywhere in the contiguous 48 States excluding U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada - additional fees apply. We ship our mattresses unassembled. You simply place three layers of natural latex inside a zipper casing and you've made your own latex mattress. This way we can ship them to you via Fedex. Plus, it makes them a lot easier to move around.
