The plush is about a 3.5 on the firmness scale, the medium a 6 and the firm an 8. The medium is the most popular and recommended for combination sleeper, back and side sleepers. Also for those who want to feel supported by your mattress, with a little give. Side sleepers will usually prefer the plush option, or if you are looking for pressure point relief and gentle support. The plush option is also recommended if you are under 140 lbs.

Sleep Cooler With Copper
Ever notice that copper pipes are always ice cold? We've discovered that copper is the preferred material for most cooling systems because it doesn't hold onto the heat around it. This combined with our open cell memory foam results in your mattress never getting hot.

The latex layer is encased in a layer of organic cotton, allowing for ease of adjustment. The pocket-coil springs are placed in a certified organic cotton encasement to prevent shifting over time.

The use of copper reduces joint inflammation and helps ease joint pain and stiffness. This is especially helpful for people with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. We want our customers to be able to move around with as much freedom as possible.

The naturally durable cover is made of 100% Certified GOTS Organic Cotton and GOTS Organic Wool; providing a natural fire retardant with heat-dissipating and moisture-wicking qualities.
USA-made in Texas with virgin steel; the individually wrapped coil system offers ample air flow for dispersing heat and is encased with organic cotton.

The second layer is where we achieve different firmness levels. The GOLS Certified Organic Dunlop Latex utilizes a method referred to as Continuous Pour, which evenly distributes latex particles within the manufacturing process and creates the most consistent density possible.

2.0 ILD Poly Base foam to provide overall support for the mattress in both comfort configurations.

We use unbleached certified organic cotton knit and woven fabrics to create a high-quality exterior cover. No chemical treatments. GOTS certified organic wool which has been sourced from New Zealand, where the highest standards and regulations are adhered to in the world. GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) certified organic latex used in this mattress is the purest available. Free from synthetic fillers, then wrapped in an easy to move the layer of organic cotton.

Our new covers now have a hexagon pattern. Not only did we make the new mattress cover double-sided, so you no longer have to remove the cover to flip it, but we've made it in a way that clearly distinguishes which side is soft, and which side is firm by labeling each side and making them two completely different colors. This makes it much easier for the customer to know which side they're sleeping on, and also saves time in the flipping process. In addition, we are the first mattress company in the world to implement a proprietary "softening" process to our fabric which you'll be able to feel makes our covers much softer than any of our competitor's.

Thoughtfully sourced materials and treated with the utmost care as they are processed in a Certified Organic Mattress Facility in California. Raw materials are sanitized with ozone and the professionals assembling each layer aren't even able to wear scented deodorants or perfumes.

It takes 7 to 10 business days to produce this certified organic mattress and shipping times can vary between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping location.

Once an order has been placed, it will take us 2-3 business days to build, compress, and pack your Layla mattress before shipping it to you via FEDEX Ground. Shipments originate from Phoenix, AZ.
