The GhostBed 3D Matrix is a 5.5 to 6.5 out of 10 on the firmness scale (10 = too hard, 0 = too soft). The feel is slightly softer than the GhostBed and similar to the Flex.

Each Brooklyn Bedding mattress offers a unique feel for each firmness level, with each mattress falling at a different point on our firmness scale. There are three firmnees level to choose from : * The Soft is rated a 3 on the firmness scale, * the Medium is rated a 5 and * the Firm is rated an 7.

3D Matrix Polymer Layer offers 3 dimensions of comfort:

• The 3D Matrix layer is an integrated thermal conductive gel polymer. As excess heat accumulates under and around the sleeper, it is absorbed into 3D Matrix layer. As a fully connected sheet, that absorbed heat travels away from the sleeper.
• Conventional Foam layers comfort you by compressing as different parts of the body "press" on the foam. The 3D Matrix layer is an omni directional layer which stretches in all directions to mold and contour to each individual part of the sleeper's body.
• The 3D Matrix layer is ergonomically designed which allows the sleeper to sleep on the mattress, NOT in it.

The immediate response technology in our patented, hyper-elastic TitanFlex™ foam ensures ultimate comfort for every sleep position by adjusting to your body each time you move. The core of the GhostBed 3D Matrix features the patented Ghost 3D Matrix innerspring coil unit with our Spirited Edge™ support Design. With two rows of specially reinforced coils along the edge of the bed make it easier to sit comfortably without slipping off the edge plus you can sleep right on the edge without feeling like you'll fall off.

Engineered with up to 1,024 individually pocketed coils for better reactivity, the Brooklyn Signature mattress provides exceptional pressure point relief with motion isolation for minimized sleep disturbance, promising deeper and more restful sleep.

The GhostBed 3D Matrix Mattress features the exciting new 3D Matrix technology. This new comfort layer technology is revolutionary because it automatically bio-adjusts to two different body shapes and body temperatures at the same time, creating the ideal sleeping environment for both sleepers. The 3D Matrix layer automatically bio-adjusts to both sleep partners through simultaneous heat diffusion and weight distribution - two critical elements in sound sleep. The 3D Matrix allows excess heat is drawn away from the body. The Gel Polymer layer stretches in all directions conforming to the body without causing it to sink into the mattress.
Gel-infused Memory Foam absorbs and dissipates body heat as fresh air passes through the foam.

TitanFlex™ Support
A firmer pairing of the TitanFlex™ high density foam creates a transition layer, promoting both deep compression support and body contouring.

Featuring the same cover used in other GhostBed models, the cover contains a proprietary formulation developed in Japan where cooling properties are woven directly into the fibers of the yarn, creating the Ghost Ice Fabric. The Ghost Ice Fabric is instantly cool to the touch, and will absorb and trap heat that is released by the body. Molecular changes in the fabric will neutralize the heat, keeping the sleeping surface cool.

Quilted Breathable Cover
A breathable and quilted pillow top cover that sleeps cool and offers luxurious cloud-like comfort. Our cover is quilted in-house - we believe in using only the highest quality fabrics, no shortcuts.
