DreamCloud Premier vs Helix Midnight Luxe

DreamCloud is plush but highly supportive, considered "Luxury Firm". DreamCloud is a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale, with 1 being a cloud and 10 being a rock. This is a standard sleep scale which places mattresses with optimal support for most sleepers between 6-8. The Midnight Luxe offers side sleeper relief, balanced support and a medium feel, it has four layers of construction and is 14 inches high:

• Comfort Layer: Gel Visco Foam (Density: 2.5 PCF)
• Support Layer: 2" Memory Plus Foam (Medium IFD)
• Transition Layer: High-Grade Polyfoam (Medium IFD)
• Zoned Body Shape Layer: 8" 1,000+ Wrapped Coils
• Base Layer: DuraDense Foam.

Individually-wrapped coils are not directly connected to each other; therefore, when pressure is placed on one coil, it will not drag others down with it. This reduces motion transfer so you'll barely notice movement from your sleeping partner.

The LUXE comes with an Ultra-Cool Cover and a Premium Quilted Pillow Top. This provides advanced comfort and that hotel top layer feel you love, with a smooth touch for next level sleep bliss. LUXE mattresses feature additional comfort layers and are 14" tall (4" taller).

Three rows of higher-gauge coils are used for the perimeter to help bolster the edge of the mattress when you put weight on it. This structure also helps reduce rolling off of the mattress and therefore increases the usable sleeping surface.

All the support features of the Helix Midnight mattress, combined with Zoned Lumbar Support Coils. Zoning technology to provide a softer feel under your shoulders and firmer under your hips to help cradle your body and align your spine. Featuring best in class edge support.

The third layer of soft foam cushions the body in its most sensitive areas, like pressure points. The foam helps contour to provide support where you need it, and comfort where you want it.
A 1 inch layer of support foam provides resistance against your body as you lay down. It also prevents you from feeling the coil unit below.
Individually-wrapped coils create a supportive surface that flexes to conform to individual curves and contours of the body.
